Energy Boundaries Mini Course

This free mini-course is meant to introduce you to basic energy boundary skills, adding support to any on-going spiritual practices that you already have. Intentionally strengthening energy boundaries benefits all of us, but is particularly useful if:

  • You engage with many people as part of your occupation or are in a helping, healing, or service related profession
  • You often feel wiped out, dimmed down, or “slimed” after interacting with others 
  • You don’t want to give so much of yourself to others but you feel like it is out of your control
  • You vacillate between feeling too much or too little, especially when it comes to the current state of affairs on our planet
  • You want to practice taking up your space more confidently in your everyday life
